Runners: The Mask, The
Colonel, Thin White Duke, Silverblade and Tara The runners were hired by a Mr Johnson to “retrieve” an ancient Mayan statuette from Rodrigo Williams, a high-level Ares executive. Unknown to the runners and Mr Johnson Williams was a member of the Universal Brotherhood and witnessed something he shouldn’t have at a chapter house meeting. Now the Invae are out to clean up the mess before he can expose them! On arriving at the Williams mansion the runners discovered dead bodies everywhere, the place riddled with bullet holes and soaked in blood. They found William’s bedroom crawling in spiders. In the basement of the house they discover the statuette, a half mad Williams about to be munched by a Female True Form Queen Spider spirit with her attendants. The runners managed to save Williams, kill the Insect Spirits and filch the statuette, all before the guards could call Lone Star to the scene. The Mask also established The Mask Cave a maglocked and disused toilet cubicle in Joe’s Bar. |
